Here's one for even busier moms: Go buy yourself Cadbury's Celebrations
Sure , they are yummy and can be ordered from the corner store using the phone!
I hope your dotter tried the recipe and found that the guarantee is genuine!

Hi Soumya....I like this recipe for busy moms. Here's one for even busier moms: Go buy yourself Cadbury's Celebrations But yes, it looks like a simple enough recipe. And since you've given the guarantee will try it. Actually my dotter loves to try out these recipes. Nowadays when she's searching the net I advise her to go to sulekha food blog... In fact I've copied a few of sulekha bloggers recipe in a folder and she keeps trying them out. I'll copy this out too. And yeah, Happy Deepawali!

Socrates:
I prefer eating to cooking .
Let me share a secret with you, so do I!  But then I don't have anyone who can make it happen. My hubby's culinary skills are limited to cutting vegetables! he he he.
Happy Diwali to you and your family Socrates.

Ushasuryamani:
I do hope that the chocolates came out very well. Happy Diwali Usha and wish you a great time with your son and family.

Thanks Soumya    Your recipe has come just in time. I am off in a week to be with our son & family for a couple of months & he loves home made chocs. So Whoa....here I go   getting ready to phone the shop & get the raw materials.
Shall let you know if I made a proper Choc of it or a disaster !
